Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we receive through this website, why we need it and what rights you have. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the law of the Czech Republic.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is High Core Invest Group, company ID (IČO) [IČO], registered at [registered address].

For questions about the processing of personal data, write to info@highcore.cz.

2. What data we collect

We receive only the data you send us through the form, and the technical data needed to run and protect the website:

  • the name you enter in the form;
  • your preferred contact method and contact detail: phone number, e-mail address or messenger name;
  • the subject of your request, if you selected one;
  • the page the form was sent from, the website language and the country derived from your IP address;
  • your IP address and technical browser data, processed by the bot-protection service.

3. Why and on what legal basis

We use your data for the following purposes:

  • to reply to your request and prepare an offer — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • to protect the website from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • to meet legal obligations if you become our client (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. It is accessible to our staff who handle requests and to the service providers the website depends on:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, the database of requests and the “I am not a robot” check (Turnstile);
  • Telegram — notifying our staff of a new request;
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — font delivery (Google Fonts); Google receives your IP address in the process.

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep data

Requests that do not lead to cooperation are kept for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. If we enter into a contract with you, data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • request erasure of your data or restriction of its processing;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise these rights, write to info@highcore.cz. We will reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.gov.cz.

7. Security

The website works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only authorised staff have access to requests.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page together with the date of the last update.
